Ticket Terms & Conditions
- Clients will have to book their flights independently as we are not responsible if a fixture date is changed
- Please ask us about adding overnight hotel accommodation
- Clients can select ticket delivery or pick up:
- Weekend matches: All tickets are delivered the week of the match.
- HOTEL DELIVERY: before 13:00 on Saturday (generally tickets are delivered on Friday afternoon)
- PICK UP POINT: from 9.00 to 21.00 on match day
- PICK UP AT OUR OFFICE: from 14.30 to 18:00 on Friday
- DELIVERY TO PRIVATE ADDRESS: from 8:00 to 19:00 on Thursday/ Friday (somebody must be present)
- Midweek matches: All tickets are delivered the week of the match.
- HOTEL DELIVERY: before 13:00 on match day (generally tickets are delivered the day before, in the afternoon)
- PICK UP POINT: from 9.00 to 21.00 on match day
- PICK UP OUR OFFICE: from 14.30 to 18:00 on match day
- DELIVERY TO PRIVATE ADDRESS: from 8:00 to 19:00 on Monday/Tuesday (somebody must be present)
- Weekend matches: All tickets are delivered the week of the match.
- Tickets are subject to availability and price change
- Our La Liga partners will provide a 24-hour mobile number, in case clients need help during their stay
- Tickets are only guaranteed in pairs, though we will work with our La Liga partners to offer seats together to family or group bookings
