Vegas Baby, Vegas!

Vegas Baby, Vegas!

One of the best things to do in Las Vegas (in fact its a must), is see the Grand Canyon by air. They take you out in a 9 or 14 seater plane and everybody has a head set , so you are given the history of the Grand Canyon and really get a birds eye view of it, as I feel if you do it by car you are definitely not going to get all the views and angles that you would from the air. They try to go down as low as they can, wind permitting and you can get great photos. We booked Cheap Flights to Las Vegas with travel247. Before we headed back they also flew over the strip as well and the surrounding area so it was a really great trip.. The weather was beautiful the day we went out , so we had a smooth flight, but some times it can be a bit bumpy around the canyon but generally they make you aware of this before you head out. We also visited Hoover Dam (highest concrete dam in the Western Hemisphere), and did a tour, but I felt it was too technical for me, a lot of engineering information etc so I lost interest. Los Vegas is a must see for anyone taking a USA holiday. When finished sightseeing, we headed down the strip for for a bit of sin. The casinos are amazing. They really know how to keep you gambling. Check out the big casinos even if its just for a drink or to catch a show. There is alot more to do then just gamble in the city of sin.
