  • Monday 04 December 2023

Embarking on a holiday adventure? Prepare for stress-free packing with our ultimate checklist!

Whether you're jetting off to a tropical paradise or exploring historic cities, our comprehensive guide and top tips ensure you won't overlook any essential items. Streamline your packing process and make every trip a breeze. Let the adventure begin!

We've also created a handy PDF checklist for you to download, print, and check off as you go. Click here to see it.

Travel Essentials

Make copies and take screenshots of all your documentation. Email them to yourself, upload them to the cloud and carry physical copies. Sure, you might rarely need them- but if something does go wrong (like a temperamental phone or dead battery), trust us- you'll thank yourself for thinking ahead.

  • Passport and/ or visa
  • Debit and credit cards/cash
  • Travel Insurance: To avoid forgetting, you should buy your travel insurance immediately once your trip is booked. Click here to buy online with our partner, Blue Insurance.
  • EHIC: European Health Insurance Card. We highly recommend getting this card. You'll receive free or reduced healthcare when travelling in Europe with it.
  • Driver's Licence (If required)
  • Medication: Make sure to check if your medication is allowed in certain countries, and that you have all required documentation.
  • Booking Confirmation and Boarding Passes. Make sure you're checked in, everything's loaded onto your apps, screengrabbed, saved and printed.
  • Travel pillow, ear plugs and eye mask.
  • Make sure to note the address of your hotel or accommodation. It's a good idea to have this written down too, in case of technology failure.
  • Emergency contact details- again, always a good idea to have multiple copies/ versions on you.
