It includes a visit to the amazing Mont St Michel which is also known as the Wonder of the West and you will realise why when you encounter this extraordinary site.

Normandy has so much to offer - it is a jewel of French history and a gourmet destination with a diverse landscape from steep cliffs to gorgeous sandy beaches. Explore castles, medieval villages and scenic countryside. Awaken your palate with specialities of the region such as the delicious cheeses and apple products including the famous aperitif, Calvados. Your first stop is Coutances with its magnificent cathedral and lovely old quarter to wander around. Then you head to Granville, a fortified town built on a rocky promontory where you can get lost in the cobbled streets or relax at the Pointe du Roc and take in wonderful coastal views.

On your 4th day, en route to Ducey les Chéris, we recommend you stop at Avranches and have a stroll through the town’s beautiful botanical gardens after a visit to the fascinating script museum. The Mont St Michel will be a main feature of your stay in Normandy. As remarkable as it is surprising, this Unesco World Heritage Site is without any doubt one of the most precious monuments in France. On your way to Cherbourg discover Villedieu les Poêles. Also known as the city of copper, it has much historical interest and a bell foundry to visit. You will then have plenty of time to explore Cherbourg, home to Europe's largest artificial port and Cité de la Mer, a fabulous museum dedicated to the sea.

You'll depart from Roslare Port and arrive into Cherbourg. Tours can start from any town on the itinerary but must follow the route in either direction.
