Fly from Cork to Majorca and spend a week soaking up the sun next July, on the beautiful Mediterranean island.
Situated only 60 metres from the nearest beach, the Cala Bona hotel enjoys a first-class location in the small fishing harbour of Cala Bona. Various bars, shops and restaurants are to be found in the immediate vicinity.
Offering a friendly, home away from home atmosphere, this hotel comprises of 5 buildings that are situated around the harbour area. The furthest block lies a mere 150 metres from the main building where guests will find Reception, swimmingpool and the dining room. Opened in 1924, partly renovated in 2003, with the last renovation to the bar block in 2011, this complex offers a total of 195 rooms of which selected rooms enjoy views out over the sea.
Facilities include an air-conditioned dining room offering international cuisine, a buffet service and "show cooking". Special dietary requirements may be accommodated such as vegetarian and coeliac. Guests may select their breakfast and evening meals from ample buffets. Childrens menus are also available on request. Our main bar with views out over the harbour in day time, features a varied selection of meals and snacks and in the evening drinks and cocktails are also offered while enjoying our evening entertainment.
The welcoming rooms come with an en suite bathroom with a shower or bathtub and direct dial telephone (at an extra charge). There is also a fridge (for an additional fee), air conditioning, central heating (both centrally controlled), a TV and a balcony. Some of the rooms have a view of the sea (additional price). Leisure options include a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a pool bar.
The nearest golf course is some 2 kilometres away. From May till October, there is entertainment in our main bar most nights.
