Our Executive homes are furnished to a high standard. Each home is air conditioned, well equipped and spacious with its own private screened swimming pool, offering the ideal base for your holiday. Inside there is a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a television/DVD player for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. A villa telephone is also available, the best way to keep in touch with friends and family back home is by using a prepaid phone card from the villa.

Dining…

All of our Disney Area Executive Homes have a fully fitted and modern kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible to purchase fresh ingredients, or dining out in Orlando is an attractive option due to the variety of eateries located here.

Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications: therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party.

Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to 2 people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom. Villa occupancy rates are as follows:

3 bedroom properties: maximum of 6 guests.
4 bedroom properties: maximum of 8 guests.
5 bedroom properties: maximum of 10 guests.
6 bedroom properties: maximum of 12 guests.

Pool Heating…..Is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – May.

Prices are based on 2 adults and 2 children (under 12):

Accommodation: 3 Bedroom home for a 7 night duration
