From Buenos Aires fly to the mountain wine region of Mendoza where you can enjoy the many vineyards from your location outside of the city. Fly to Iguazu to marvel at the stunning Iguazu Falls before returning to Buenos Aires for two nights before taking your flight home.

Day 1

Arrival in Buenos Aires and transfer to the 4* Loi Suites Recoleta Hotel for 3 nights B&B

Day 2

Shared Half Day City Tour of Buenos Aires

During this tour you will drive close to Colon Theatre, one of the world's best known opera houses and the cultural pride of the "porteños" (as the inhabitants of Buenos Aires are called). Visit the famous Avenida de Mayo that runs into the Plaza De Mayo, surrounded by the Casa Rosada (Government House), the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo (first City Hall, built during Spanish rule).

At the othe end of Avenida de Mayo you find the Congress building. We will include a stop an inside visit of the Metropolitan Cathedral, this imposing Neo-classical building is Argentina´s main catholic building.

We continue to San Telmo, an historical neighborhoo and the eldest district of Buenos Aires. Our next stop is La Boca, a most colorful area with the famous street Caminito. Driving along 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest avenue of the world, you see the Colon Theatre, a famous Opera House that stages the most important artists and musicians from all over the world.

Continue to Palermo with its beautiful parks, the City Zoo, Botanical Garden, Argentine Horse Track and National Polo Fields. Palermo is well-known for its  artificial lakes. At the end of the tour you will visit Recoleta area, one of the city’s most glamorous spots.

At the cemetery of Recoleta you will find the grave of Eva Duarte, known in the whole world as Eva Perón (Evita). The cemetery is considered to be one of the most impressive monuments of Argentina.

Transfer to the airport for flight to Mendoza and on arrival transfer to Lares de Chacras Hotel for 3 nights B&B

Full Day High Mountain Tour (Puente del Inca) (approx. 12 hours)
Travelling west up to Chile’s border, a route of 200 km (124 mi) goes along Potrerillos dam and Mendoza river. Enjoy beautiful landscapes of foothills until arrival to Uspallata village. Get surprised in this valley by the colours and different shapes of Cordon del Plata, part of the Andes Mountain Range. You then pass by Picheuta Bridge, Polvaredas, Punta de Vacas and the ski centre Los Penitentes. Stop at Puente del Inca, nature formation that mixes yellow and red colours in its ruins and hot springs, which rises up to approximately 2.700 m (8.858 ft) high.

Get to Las Cuevas, a small village which borders with Chile. With excellent weather conditions and only in summer it would be possible to get to the Cristo Redentor
monument, otherwise a small trekking at Los Horcones Lagoon is a possibility, with great
view of the Aconcagua’s Mount.

Day at leisure to relax or book an excursion to the local vineyards

Transfer to the airport for flight to Iguazu and on arrival transfer to the St George hotel for 2 nights B&B

Sightseeing Tour of the Argentinean and Brazilian Sides of Iguassu Falls

Tour both the Brazilian and Argentinian sides of Iguassu Falls in this full-day tour. Each country has a separate National Park (Iguaçu National Park in Brazil and Iguazú National Park in Argentina) that boasts hiking trails, attractions, and viewpoints of falls like Devil's Throat, Bossetti and San Martin.

Loi Suites Recoleta, Buenos Aires

The luxurious hotel Loi Suites Recoleta is conveniently situated in the most elegant area of the city, La Recoleta. It features a tropical winter garden with an indoor pool and a restaurant. Lares de Chacras, Mendoza Region

The hotel is located in the heart of Chacras de Coria, 2 blocks away from the main square. There are numerous restaurants, bars and nightlife options in the vicinity. This rural mansion reflects its artistry by combining Andean stone with typical desert wood. The air-conditioned country house was renovated in 2008 and has a total of 10 rooms. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception service. Facilities at the hotel include a hotel safe, games room, TV lounge and children's playground.
