Please note: For holidays in 2025 onwards, local and/or ecological taxes are not included in your holiday price. These taxes are payable at almost all tourist destinations, and you will need to pay at check-in.

This site is operated by Marvilla Parks, a sister company. Our colleagues at Marvilla Parks will be available to help you enjoy every moment of your stay, including:

Accommodation check-in: please note that your accommodation will be available from 4pm, you will however be able to enjoy all the parc facilities if you arrive earlier.

Please note: only conventional swimwear is permitted at this parc. Permitted swimwear includes:

• Speedos, and lycra-style fitted swimming briefs
• Bikinis, or one-piece swimming costume
• Lycra swimming top

For cleanliness and safety reasons, the following clothing is not permitted in the pool complex: sport shorts and swimming shorts (other than described above), full body costumes, loose-fitting swimwear, t-shirts, string costumes, underwear, sarongs, skirts, shoes and sandals, and outdoor clothing.

Accommodation:

• Gas, charcoal and electrical BBQ's allowed

Dogs

• Dogs permitted in selected accommodation types
• Dogs are allowed on parc
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times

Vehicles

• Cars are not allowed to park on the pitch
• Motorbikes are allowed on the parc and the pitch

Reception

• Customers are required to wear security bracelets on site

Accessibility

This parc is suitable for customers in wheelchairs. Wheelchair-adapted accommodation is only available on selected parcs, please check before booking. The following areas of the parc are wheelchair friendly:

The outdoor children’s pool is perfect for a splash – and the waterslides add to the fun. If the weather isn’t on your side, you can still enjoy the parc’s aquatic offerings in their heated indoor pool, with panoramic views of the surrounding site.

The opening dates of pool complexes are correct at the time of collection at the beginning of the season, but are subject to change. It is possible that the parc may close outdoor pools in poor weather and/or in low season..

Step into history at Caen

When in the historic region of Normandy, make sure to take in the city’s iconic sites, like the Musée de Normandie and the Colline aux Oiseaux. Then pay your respects to the Caen Memorial – and if you visit in June, you can join in with the commemoration service held at the Memorial Gardens.

Hit the waves at Ouistreham beach

Head down to the OCEAN School of Watersport in Ouistreham, where you can dive into plenty of water-based fun, including kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and surfing. Or if you prefer to keep your feet on solid ground, relax on the terrific sandy beaches with a book.

Relive the 1066 invasion at Bayeux

Bayeux has had a front-row seat to some of the most dramatic and defining events in European history. And the Bayeux Tapestry tells the story of William the Conqueror’s 1066 Norman invasion of England in 58 vivid scenes – embroidered a few years after the Battle of Hastings.

Enjoy the thrills of Festyland

For a day of fun - just 25 minutes from parc, head to Parc Festyland, Normandy's biggest amusement park with new attractions every year. There are rides and activities for the whole family, and in July and August every day exciting Viking battles are held. Great for kids!.
