The Christmas lights in Malaga are famous all around Spain, particularly on Calle Larios. There are usually giant Christmas trees dotted around the city, check out Plaza de la Constitución, Plaza de la Marina, Plaza del Obispo and Plaza de Enrique García Herrera. A number of nativity scenes are also performed around the city throughout the Christmas season.
Visit the Muelle Uno Christmas market near the Pompidou Centre for lots of great gift ideas, food, arts and crafts. The historic craft fair in Paseo del Parque one of the most traditional markets in Malaga, with artisan crafts, books, gifts and delicious baked potatoes on offer. There's also the Magic Christmas Market at Pier One, and upward of 70 stalls at the Paseo del Parque market.
