Important information about your stay at Duinrell:

• No bookings accepted unless at least one member of the party is aged 21 years or over.
• Valid Photo identity document is required by law for all persons aged 14 yrs+ whilst on holiday in Holland.
• Sports groups are not allowed on Duinrell. For any other group booking enquiries, please speak to one of our experts: camping@shandontravel.ie
• Some of our accommodation on parc is located near to areas of open water.
• Some of the 3 bedroom Aspect holiday homes on Duinrell are not equipped with air-conditioning. Please ask for more information.
• The sofa bed in the 3 bedroom Comfort XL at Duinrell is suitable for one person (single-size).
• The TikiBad pool complex is chargeable - Eurocamp customers are allocated pool vouchers on arrival and need to reserve their pool time in advance, on the Tikibad online system. Please see the Pools section for full information.

Accommodation:

• No BBQs allowed 
• Pitches: >100 m2
• Our holiday homes are split between three areas including the Middenveld, the Strip and the Eiland sections of the parc. These pitches are medium in size.

Dogs

• Dogs are allowed on parc
• Dogs must be on a lead at all times
• Dogs are allowed in selected accommodation types

Vehicles

• Cars are not allowed to park on the pitch
• Motorbikes are allowed on the parc and the pitch
• There is acharge for additional vehicles
• Due to limited parking space on the campsite, only 1 car per booking is allowed to enter the campsite.
• Additional vehicles can be parked in the campsite car parks (P1) at a cost of €30 per 24 hours (€15 for 9am - 6pm then another €15 for 6pm - 9 am), which is payable by card (no cash) at the barrier of the parking lot or at one of the pay machines on the square. Here is one machine available for cash payments.

Accessibility

This parc is suitable for customers in wheelchairs. Wheelchair-adapted accommodation is only available on selected parcs, please check before booking.

The following areas of the parc are wheelchair friendly:

• There are disabled toilets on site

Wheelchairs are available to hire on Duinrell. If you have any wheelchair booking requests, please contact the rental shop directly on: fietsverhuur@duinrell.nl. There is a small charge for wheelchair hire of approx €1.50 per day. Customers have to present a valid Duinrell camping ID card and also pay a refundable €20 deposit. The wheelchair hire is located next to the bike hire, by Eurocamp reception. Wheelchairs are usually also available on the spot but booking is recommended if it is essential that the customer has one.

The amazing Tiki Pool complex with a total of 21 waterslides guarantees plenty of adrenaline action (check out the brilliant 163m, triple cone Triton) and hours of fun for all the family. The tropical indoor area also includes the Playa waterpark, especially for kids up to 12 years, with four waterslides just for children. An entrance ticket with passport sized photo is required to access both the indoor and outdoor pools. Discounted charges apply for our customers.

2024 POOL BOOKING INFORMATION 

- Guests need to pre-book time slots at either the Indoor or Outdoor pool via the Duinrell webapp which is available once you have checked in at the parc. On arrival guests will also be given a number of Tikibad pool voucher codes at the Eurocamp reception to enable you to access the discounted rates below. The number of voucher codes is determined by your length of stay and are given per family (not per person):

2-3 nights = 2 vouchers, 4-6 nights = 3 vouchers, 7-8 nights = 4 vouchers, 9-10 vouchers = 6 vouchers, 11-13 nights = 7 vouchers, 14 nights = 8 vouchers

- Children up to and including 2 years are free of charge (with ID).

Tikibad Indoor Pool
- Discounted price €11.00 per person.
- Only available for time slots between 10am and 2pm, for a maximum of 2 hours in the pool  
- Anyone wishing to enter the pool after 2pm must pay the regular online ticket price, starting from €22.00 per person. 

Outdoor Pool
- Discounted price €5.50 per person.
- Available throughout the day, for a maximum of 4 hours in the pool

The capital and cultural city, Amsterdam, is about 50km from Duinrell and is so easy to reach using public transport. Leiden is approximately 12km away and is home to a university as well as many museums and churches. Madurodam is where you will find the largest miniature city in the world and historical Rotterdam is also worth a visit while you're here.
