• Fixtures are subject to change.
• We do not do flights with these packages. The clients must organise them independently.
• All bookings made are for the fixture, not the date.
• Payment must be made at time of booking- we do not take deposits for sports packages.
• Should a change occur, all monies will be transferred to the new date.
• We advise checking the Premier League website for updates before travelling.
• Neither Shandon Travel nor our Premier League partners are responsible for changes to fixtures.
• Tickets are non-changeable to a different game (unless advised differently by the supplier).
• Match tickets are for seats in the home supporters area.
• Wearing opposition colours or making expressions of support for the visiting team will result in ejection from the stadium without refund.
• Need assistance once you've travelled over? An emergency phone number will be provided when you make your booking.
• All tickets and accommodation are subject to availability.
• Tickets will arrive 3 - 1 days prior to the game and in some cases will arrive the day of the match.
