Chefs at Amanemu create menus based on the heritage cuisine of the region using the finest local ingredients. This is an area known for the richness and variety of its produce such as spiny lobster and abalone from Ago Bay. Dishes change with the rotation of the seasons and are served in a beautiful restaurant with vaulted ceiling and views over the bay. By the pool, the sunken lounge bar area is the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset cocktail.

This is a destination to escape the city and kick back. Guests can take a boat out or try SUP yoga, but for the most part, the aim is rest and relaxation by the pool, on the terrace or in the gardens. The spa area offers traditional indoor and open-air bathing pavilions with natural mineral-rich Ise-Shima hot spring water. Organic herbal healing treatments and bespoke wellness immersion programs reset body and mind.
