With broad sandy beaches, fascinating history and chic seaside towns, Normandy proves you don’t have to travel far to enjoy an out-of-this-world holiday.
And at La Vallée, one of Normandy’s premier parcs, you can enjoy a glorious rural setting not far from one of those magnificent sandy beaches, too. The parc is scattered with flowering hedges and fruit trees, with some of the excellent facilities housed in a beautifully converted Norman building. There are fantastic waterslides, as well as a jungle themed Spray Park and paddling pool for tots with lots of fun water games, not to mention indoor and outdoor pools.
For kids looking for non-stop activity La Vallée has everything you could wish for with our great Kids' Clubs and an entertainment stage. Children of all ages can make new friends and develop new skills, but most of all have loads of fun (including on the parc's cool Safari car circuit for kids aged 4-10). Parents can even get involved too at the Family Fun sessions.

BBQs/planchas are not provided with Tent accommodation (apart from Safari Tents) on this parc. BBQs/planchas remain available, where permitted, for all Mobile home accommodation outside the Classic range.
During periods of high temperatures, particularly in the summer months, parcs that allow BBQs/planchas may prohibit their use to mitigate fire risks and ensure guest safety.
This parc allows group bookings of between three to twelve holiday homes. Please ask for more information and to book.
Tourist tax
Local taxes and/or ecological contributions apply to most bookings. The exact cost and payment requirement (included in holiday price, or due on arrival at your parc) will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

Additional Information
- With regards to the barriers, customers get a private 4 digit code to enter and exit the site from 7am until 11pm. There are no vehicles allowed on site between 11pm and 7am.
- Customers are required to wear security bracelets whilst on site, it will cost €10 for a replacement

With amazing waterslides - including a brilliant spacebowl slide - and indoor and outdoor pools, La Vallée’s waterpark is built for fun and action. There's a brilliant jungle-themed aqua playground for children with four small waterslides and tipping water buckets, surrounded by sun loungers so you can sit and watch your kids at play.

La Vallée’s bar-restaurant, with its lovely terrace, sits at the heart of this full-of-fun parc. It’s next to the swimming complex, too, perfect for grabbing lunch between splashdowns. Head to the bakery, in the supermarket, for fresh bread and pastries- or grab a snack-to-go and enjoy lunch at home!
Fancy a pizza? This parc's got you covered, too: and the kids will love the ice-cream stall. The parc's bar serves up colourful cocktails and cool drinks day-into-evening

The D-Day landing beaches are a must-see, and are very easily reached from Houlgate. There are many WWII museums in easy reach too, one of which houses the Bayeux Tapestry, in Bayeux. The port town of Caen is also close by, as well as the fashionable resort of Deauville, perfect for shopping and eating out. After your history lessons, why not visit the Aquarium Vivarium at Trouville-sur-Mer?

Good to know:
- The full balance is due 12 weeks before departure, so:
- If booking within 12 weeks of departure, you are required to pay the full price at the time of booking
- If booking for departures outside 12 weeks, you may book accommodation with a deposit of €150
- Flights must be paid in full on booking and are non-refundable
- A deposit is required for car hire and transfers
- Once our contract is formed it may not be possible to reduce the number of nights in your chosen accommodation
- If you make a change within 12 weeks of departure we will not refund any reduction in holiday price and will charge an amendment fee
