Accommodation check-in: Please note that your accommodation will be available from 4pm on this parc, you will however be able to enjoy all the parc facilities if you arrive earlier.

• Please note the Comfort and Azure holiday homes at this parc do not feature an oven, however they have a 4 burner hob and a microwave available to use.
• Zaton Holiday Resort requires guests to pay a registration fee directly to the campsite reception at check-in. This is just €1 per person per stay.

Pets

Two incredible pool complexes sit either side of this amazing parc. Adjacent to the beach you’ll find over 2,500 square metres of pools, including huge lagoon pool and an array of others for kids, a hydromassage pool, spray grounds and slides.  

And on the other side of the parc is second complex with a further 2,500 square metres of water fun. This new development (opened 28th June 2025) is overlooked by lush pine trees and includes a large family pool, a kids pool with fun attractions for little ones, and two new waterslides for older kids. A different pool every day? Why not!

Please note: The opening dates of pool complexes are correct at the time of collection at the beginning of the season, but are subject to change. It is possible that the parc may close outdoor pools in poor weather and/or in low season.

There are plenty of options when it comes to eating and drinking - and enjoying your evenings - at Zaton. The Pizzeria is always a good choice, but try the Maestral restaurant with its lovely terrace, the Croatian-flavoured Tinel, or the Kuzina offering seafood specials. There are three bars to choose from, and nightly entertainment for the whole family.

Zadar
The old town here is surrounded by sea on three sides and rivals Dubrovnik for charm. Much of the town's rich history is still evident - do visit the Roman Forum and the 9th century Byzantine church. The Riva sea promenade provides views out to the islands of Ugljan and Pasman and is a great place to enjoy wonderful sunsets. Its also the place to experience the sounds of Zadar's unique Sea Organ!

Plitvice Lakes National Park
Without doubt this is one of Croatia's most beautiful national parks. Granted UNESCO World Heritage status in 1979 it is the country's most popular tourist attraction. Sixteen crystalline blue lakes are all interconnected by a series of waterfalls - the largest (Veliki Slap) is 70m high. Deep forest, river gorges, blue waters and above all the waterfalls all combine to make this a must see destination.

Nin
A lovely old town set on an islet in a shallow lagoon. The beaches here are famous and total almost 8km in length. Queen's Beach is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

Ugljan
This is closest island, at 20km long it runs parallel to the coast opposite Zadar. Its covered in pine forest and olive groves, there are 8 charming towns to visit including Preko which offers great views of the surrounding islands. A regular passenger ferry service runs from Zadar to Preko. Car ferries operate from Port Gaženica.
