This hilly parc might not be suitable for those with mobility issues, but it’s ideal for an active, nature-loving family looking for fun and entertainment. It has three superb pool complexes, two open until 10pm in high season, each with a bar, sun terrace and waterslides. It offers entertainment and activities for all ages - including a soundproofed, underground disco for older kids. There’s also a restaurant serving delicious family food. It used to be a simple fishing village, but now it’s a fun-packed centre for family entertainment!

Aquatic Area

Lots of action and adventure awaits. This parc also offers fantastic pool facilities. The main pool complex features a panorama pool offering staggering views and a busy bar. The kids' will love the L'Ombra Pool with its exciting water slides and location next to the ice cream parlour. For an exotic experience why not head to La Bassa Pool, set amongst the pine trees and beautifully illuminated at night, with its own bar and food offering.

Food, drink & entertainment

The fun keeps on coming at Castell Montgri Village. You’ve your pic of four restaurants, and just as many bars to ensure your evenings are as enjoyable as your days. Try the Torre Moratxa for relaxed Catalonian style dining, with its lovely terrace, or treat the kids to lunch at the Creperie. You can refuel at the cafeteria, or grab a tasty takeaway to dine at your place. Entertainment is just as varied too: from discos to live shows.

Various excursions including coach trips to Barcelona and to waterparks (Aquadiver, Aquabrava). Shuttle service to Estartit beach from mid June to early September.

Local area

The beautiful Costa Brava offers gorgeous beaches, medieval villages, historic cities and great coastal resorts. Just a mile off the coast are the Medes Islands - why not explore on a glass-bottomed boat, or go snorkelling and scuba diving in the clear warm sea?

The medieval village of Pals is one of the most beautiful in the region, with lovely narrow cobbled streets it really is a special place - step up to the Josep Pla Viewpoint for great views over the surrounding area. Platja de Pals offers a choice of bars, as well as some excellent beach side restaurants. Don't miss the great beaches of Palamos, but if you're looking for city lights you won't be disappointed by Gerona!
