Study trip to Istanbul Visit a breathtaking, different and exciting metropolis - go on a study trip to Istanbul. Istanbul offers an abundance of beautiful palaces and sumptuous mosques and has an intriguing culture that is reminiscent of, yet very different from, Western Europe. Istanbul has over time been subject to several different dominions, and the city constitutes a historical treasure trove, which is ideal to explore in connection with study trips and group trips. The people and companies are open, so there are really good opportunities to get really close to Turkish society and not least everyday life.

When you book your study trip with us, you get a Personal Travel Consultant. We are ready to help throughout the whole organisational process, so that both the planning and the study trip itself will be a success. We offer very competitive prices.

The range of accommodation options on study trips to Istanbul is huge, really large. Most of our groups are accommodated in well-functioning hotels in the Old Town of Istanbul. The hotels are of a good standard and the area is cozy, atmospheric and close to many of the major sights.

We also offer accommodation in several different hostels, each of which creates a good and safe setting for the experiences in the city. Our travel consultants are ready to help you find the perfect place to stay for your group.

Istanbul is an unusually exciting metropolis to explore - also on study trips. The city is beautifully situated on the Bosperus Strait, where the Golden Horn divides European Istanbul in two: the old city in the south, Sultanhamed, and the modern district in the north, Beyoglu. On the east side of Bosperus lies the Asian Istanbul. On the study trip to Istanbul, it is obvious to explore historic splendor buildings, excellent museums, galleries, experience modern Turkey or sail a trip on Bosperus.

There is also the opportunity to learn more about Turkish society, meet an imam and get lectures on the country's position in relation to the EU, etc. The professional opportunities are top notch here, and the Turks welcome with open arms! Especially the Topkapi Palace, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia you should under no circumstances miss. You can also take in the medieval Galata Tower, from where there are stunning panoramic views of the city and the Bosphorus. We also recommend that you take a trip past one of the city's many bazaars. Try for example Grand Bazaar - as the name reveals it is large, and here is something for everyone. If you are interested in sports, Istanbul has several major football teams, including Galatasaray, Fenerbache and Besiktas. In addition to the sporting, the atmosphere for these matches is known throughout the world.
