Day 1

Arrive Rio de Janeiro and on arrival you will be met and transferred to the Windsor Excelsior Hotel for 3 nights B&B

Day 2

Half Day City Tour & Sugar Loaf (approx. 4 hours)
Downtown is the business heart of Rio. It is the part of the city where colonial Rio meets modern skyscrapers. Your tour starts on 1º de Março avenue, the first commercial street built in the 18th. You will see the Paço Imperial palace, which was the first residence of the Royal Family, Banco do Brasil Cultural Centre and the Candelaria Church.

From this point, the bus will proceed to Presidente Vargas avenue, the second most important street in downtown, built to create access from the suburbs to the commercial centre of the Capital in the early nineties, passing through the popular market and Tiradentes Square. Following with the tour you will see the Metropolitan Cathedral of Rio de Janeiro, Rio´s aqueduct, Santo Antonio Church, BNDES and Petrobras buildings reaching Lapa, the most popular night life point in Rio.

You will have a panoramic view of the Teatro Municipal, the National Library and the City Council building – all of them inspired in the European 18th century style. Afterwards you will drive through the Flamengo Park, from where you have the chance to see highlight of this tour, Sugar Loaf.This famous mountain is reached by a cable car 1,200 feet high, an experience you will never forget: looking down at Rio from the Sugar Loaf, one of the most spectacular views in the world.

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Iguazu and on arrival transfer to the Saint George Hotel for 2 nights B&B

Day 5

Shared Day Tour of the Argentinean & Brazilian Sides of Iguazu Falls

Departure from the Hotel for Iguazu Falls. Arrival to the Visitors Centre and the Iguazu
National Park Entrance. Board a gas-propelled train at the Main Station, that take visitors to the upper falls circuit and the Devil’s Throat (Garganta del Diablo), the most prominent and one of the highest falls. Be surprised by a strategic lookout point resting on the side of the gorgeous Devil’s Throat. 

Go through the road that leads to the falls, crossing the National Park as far as the Brazilian Falls. Walk along the paths following cascades and then walk along the catwalk that leads very close to the bottom of the Devil’s Throat. One can be impressed by the first panoramic views of the falls on the argentine side, like the Two Sisters, Bozzeti, superior circuit and San Martin Island, where the movie “The Mission” was filmed. The promenade shows a complete and panoramic view of the falls. 

Day 6

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Buenos Aires and on arrival transfer to the Savoy Hotel for 3 nights B&B

Day 7

Shared Half Day City Tour of Buenos Aires

During this tour you will drive close to Colon Theatre, one of the world's best known opera houses and the cultural pride of the "porteños" (as the inhabitants of Buenos Aires are called). Visit the famous Avenida de Mayo that runs into the Plaza De Mayo, surrounded by the Casa Rosada (Government House), the Metropolitan Cathedral and the Cabildo (first City Hall, built during Spanish rule).

At the othe end of Avenida de Mayo you find the Congress building. We will include a stop an inside visit of the Metropolitan Cathedral, this imposing Neo-classical building is Argentina´s main catholic building.

We continue to San Telmo, an historical neighborhoo and the eldest district of Buenos Aires. Our next stop is La Boca, a most colorful area with the famous street Caminito. Driving along 9 de Julio Avenue, the widest avenue of the world, you see the Colon Theatre, a famous Opera House that stages the most important artists and musicians from all over the world.

Continue to Palermo with its beautiful parks, the City Zoo, Botanical Garden, Argentine Horse Track and National Polo Fields. Palermo is well-known for its  artificial lakes. At the end of the tour you will visit Recoleta area, one of the city’s most glamorous spots.

At the cemetery of Recoleta you will find the grave of Eva Duarte, known in the whole world as Eva Perón (Evita). The cemetery is considered to be one of the most impressive monuments of Argentina.

Day 10

Half day city tour through Santiago (4h)

Santiago de Chile is a city of contrasts with traces of its Colonial past mixed with the
ultramodern, high-rise buildings of the financial center; Chile’s capital will surprise you. This tour offers you the opportunity to see this eclectic mix for yourself.

The tour begins by heading south through the downtown área, to get to the heart of the city. From here you head along the famous Alameda, Santiago’s colorful main avenue, were you’ll see some importants iconic constructions such Chilean University, San Francisco Church and the Santa Lucia Hill, site of Santiago’s foundation in 1541.

Then you continue towards the Plaza de Armas and the cathedral. Very close from here is the famous Central Market, which is the main market for fresh fish and seafood, an interesting building, dating back to the end of the 19th century: It is a steel construction, built in London and brought to Chile by ship. Afterwards, you continue the tour crossing the Mapocho River to reach the bohemian Bellavista district on the way to the San Cristóbal Hill. From one of the hill’s view points, you will have the finest views of Santiago and the Andes.

To round off the tour, you will pass through the modern residential areas of the city with their daring architecture to come back to your hotel.
