Ports of call: Southampton, England;Ā Alesund, Norway; Molde, Norway; Olden, Norway;Ā Haugesund, Norway;Ā Southampton, England

Fly about an hour from Cork, Dublin or Shannon to London and transfer to Southampton, where you'll board Independence of the Seas for a northbound adventure. Our great value package includes flights, bags, transfers and gratuities.

Marvel at the splendour of Norway's stunning fjords. Experience the midnight sun, and maybe the chance to spot the Northern Lights. This week-long cruise to Norway's majestic Fjords includes stops at the beautiful destinations of Alesund, Molde, Olden and Haugesund, before cruising back to Southampton.

In Southampton discover the city's maritime history at the SeaCity Museum or see impressive works in the city’s art gallery.  Go all nostalgic over vintage cars at the National Motor Museum at Beaulieu or see King Arthur’s fabled Round Table at nearby Winchester, the ancient capital of England.

Known as the Town of Roses, Molde is situated in the midst of some of Norway's most beautiful fjords. Home to world-class cultural offerings, the town comes alive during its annual international literature festival and the world-renowned Moldejazz festival. Enthusiastic for the outdoors? Hit Molde's multitude of hiking and biking trails that offer views of the 222 mountain peaks visible from here.

Alesund is a small but lively city with a unique modern feel. A rebuilding effort following a major fire in 1904 gave the city its distinctive Art Nouveau — or "Jugendstil" — architectural style, defined its ornate details, asymmetrical facades and curving forms meant to resemble plants, animals and flowers.

Fresh air and icy beauty are the hallmarks of Olden, known as the Gateway to the Glaciers. Come here to explore the Jostedal Glacier — not only can you take in views of this natural wonder, you can also head to Jostedalsbreen National Park and hike the blue ice yourself.

This is a firm “no” to FOMO. Independence of the Seas® is giving cruising an injection of new adventures. Go head to head in a glow-in-the-dark laser tag clash in Battle for Planet Z℠. And score an awesome time and game-changing grub at Playmakers℠ Sports Bar & Arcade.

MAX OUT ON THRILLS

Gear up for an intergalactic glow-in-the-dark laser tag faceoff in Battle for Planet Z℠. Slide into action on The Perfect Storm℠ dueling waterslides. And soak up the good times at Splashaway Bay℠ water park. The new Independence of the Seas® is overflowing with activities.

  • Splashaway Bay: The fun comes in gallons. This bigger, better kids aqua park features slides, water cannons, waterfalls and more. And when the drench bucket gets full, everyone gets wet.
  • FlowRider®: Grab your board and get ready for 30,000 gallons of rushing awesome headed your way. The surf’s always up on the 40-foot-long FlowRider® surf simulator.
