Take the ferry from Dublin to Cherbourg this spring for a break at this park with a lovely pool complex, on the Côte Fleurie coastline. Step back in time to the historic region of Normandy.
Our package includes Dublin to Cherbourg return ferry crossing, and 7 nights in a lovely two-bedroom mobile home with decking and aircon. Add child places for a supplement.
On the Normandy coastline, Riva Bella extends over six hectares – and you'll love feeding the chickens and pygmy goats at the on-site mini farm.
Start your day by soaking up the morning sun on the expansive terrace, then take a dip in the pool. Test your bravery on the waterslides or let your kids cool off in the large paddling pool. If you’re after more wild waters, the Plage de Riva Bella, La Pointe du Siege, and the Plage de La Redoute are all a stone’s throw away.
This parc is ideally situated to explore the gorgeous resorts of the Normandy coast, too. The sands, and stylish shops of Cabourg are just 25 minutes away, with Deauville's upscale casino, golf courses, horse races and cafes are a must-visit, just 45 minutes away. Or try the pretty harbour town of Honfleur for people-watching, ice-creams and strolls along the seafront.
Walk or cycle to the nearby town of Ouistreham which has its origins in the Middle Ages and is perhaps most famous for its connection to World War Two. Explore important sites like the Pegasus Bridge, the D-Day crossing point, and the D-Day beaches themselves, all just a short drive from our parc, Camping Riva Bella.

Accommodation check-in: please note that your accommodation will be available from 4pm, you will however be able to enjoy all the parc facilities if you arrive earlier.
Please note: only conventional swimwear is permitted at this parc. Permitted swimwear includes:
- Speedos, and lycra-style fitted swimming briefs
- Bikinis, or one-piece swimming costume
- Lycra swimming top
For cleanliness and safety reasons, the following clothing is not permitted in the pool complex: sport shorts and swimming shorts (other than described above), full body costumes, loose-fitting swimwear, t-shirts, string costumes, underwear, sarongs, skirts, shoes and sandals, and outdoor clothing.

Accessibility
This parc is suitable for customers in wheelchairs. Wheelchair-adapted accommodation is only available on selected parcs, please check before booking. The following areas of the parc are wheelchair friendly:

The outdoor children’s pool is perfect for a splash – and the waterslides add to the fun. If the weather isn’t on your side, you can still enjoy the parc’s aquatic offerings in their heated indoor pool, with panoramic views of the surrounding site.
The opening dates of pool complexes are correct at the time of collection at the beginning of the season, but are subject to change. It is possible that the parc may close outdoor pools in poor weather and/or in low season..

Step into history at Caen
When in the historic region of Normandy, make sure to take in the city’s iconic sites, like the Musée de Normandie and the Colline aux Oiseaux. Then pay your respects to the Caen Memorial – and if you visit in June, you can join in with the commemoration service held at the Memorial Gardens.
