Delicious News from cunard: MICHEL ROUX residency
Get set for an exclusive series of Le Gavroche residencies at sea in 2024, as two-Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux brings his iconic London restaurant to guests on Queen Anne and Queen Mary 2.
In partnership with the Norwegian Seafood Council, the exclusive series begins aboard Cunard’s flagship Queen Mary 2 for her sailing to Hardangerfjord on 2 June, and again for her Hamburg roundtrip Fjords voyage on 6 August. That same month, Michel will deliver another intimate, five-night takeover on board Cunard’s newest ship Queen Anne as she departs for Stavanger in Norway on 11 August. A further residency on Queen Anne will take place on 1 September.
Each evening, guests will be treated to a five-course tasting menu infused with all the flavours of the sea, elegantly finessed using the very best produce.
